Director, Compensation & Benefits Work Streams, Human Resources, Symphony
The Director, Compensation & Benefits Work Streams, Human Resources, Symphony is responsible for the management of Compensation and Benefits process teams through the Design, Test and Implementation phases of the project. This associate oversees activities that result in a solid business process design and the harmonization of processes and the planning and execution of deployment plans in accordance with best practice standards.
All commuting expenses will be paid in accordance to Ascension Healths policy. (Relocation is not expected). Monday through Thursday work schedule on-site in St. Louis, with Friday working at home.
Requirements:
Required skills include: B.S. in Business or related field, or the equivalent and Compensation Professional Compensation Certification; however, a Masters degree is preferred. Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of relevant management, Compensation experience and prior experience in large scale projects or project management experience are required.
